Privacy

Information you provide about yourself when uploading CVs and managing job applications through the bestHR interface is considered confidential and bestHR is committed to protecting it.

How your information is used

Personal data will be gathered solely for the purpose of allowing applicants to apply for jobs through the bestHR network. A given user’s data will be accessible only to recruiters who have received a job application from that user. You can update, modify, or delete your data at any time.

How long your information is kept on file

You will regularly receive email notices designed to keep you up to date on your bestHR account.

If you let 24 months in a row go by without updating your CV, you will receive an email informing you that unless you update it soon, your CV will be removed from the CV library of any recruiters to whom you have sent job applications. Although certain recruiters may require you to update your CV more regularly, twenty-four months is the maximum. After that point, your CV will become invisible to recruiters but will remain archived on bestHR.

Using your Applicant Home page

To access your Applicant Home page, use the login (email address) and password that you provided when registering for an account.

Knowing your rights

In accordance with French law (namely the January 6th, 1978 act entitled "Informatique et Liberté" - Information Technology and Freedom), you have the right to access, modify, rectify, and delete data concerning you. Liability

bestHR is committed to doing all it can to ensure that the services it offers are provided under optimal conditions. It accepts no liability in cases of force majeure or of events beyond its control, such as interruptions of service due to malfunctions in the telephone network or problems traceable to the user’s internet access provider. bestHR declines all responsibility for the manner in which the user chooses to employ the information and services made available on the site.
